Need a sub2:00 PR to get a DL lane these days!

Yes, but then he got hurt and generally has a problematic stride style that puts an incredible amount of force in one concentrated area (where he got injured)
What are you even talking about?
There was a big thread last year about his technique and almost everyone agreed his form could cause hammy injuries. Then he got a hamstring injury...
He 'paws' the ground and has massive posterior strength = recipe for hamstring injury
Good run by Filip Ingebrigtsen.
Getting into shape.

Can Centro finally win a DL?
No Cheruiyot. No Tefera. No Manangoi. No Ingebrigtsen.
With his fast-race superiors out, he may have a chance!
No.
He was horrible.
Back-of-the-packer, slower than 3:35.
Moroccan win.
Bigger Ing in second.
Soul Man 3rd. Never thought I'd see him perform well again.
Homeboy, the Kazoo player with a 2 sec PR to upset the field. Centro way back though he was in good position throughout first 3 laps hanging on the inside but then got left behind.
Wow. Dreams become reality.
Some hometown Moroccan guy Kaazouzi who I've never heard of just won with a 2 second PB . Shock win. Held off Ingebrigtsen and ran with gold chain in his mouth during homestretch

I know that Centro is probably not in his best shape, but it's sad not to see him up there. It makes me hate the strategic race strategy. He must have known that race was gonna be fast and he couldn't do anything
Men's 3K in 10 min. after W 200. Hill & Jenkins along with Chelimo.
Kazoo doped to the gills!!!
5 of top 8 Women in the 200 this year entered, I predict a Meeting Record!
Surprise #1: Lasitskene gets 3rd in High Jump at 1.90!!!!!!! Her insane winning streak is over!

Nobody agreed on that.
ONE guy prattled on and on about it. Was that you?
For a guy with a "recipe" for the injury, this was the first year he ever had any trouble with it.
By the way, "massive posterior strength" doesn't injury hamstrings. Massive anterior strength does. So your whole idea makes zero sense. God, I hope you're not a coach.

What was strategic. When I looked up he was in about 6th heading into the bell. Had he had it, he easily could have easily one.
I dind't pay attentio to the first 600. I was watching on the Olympic channel. Man it's not worth listening to when Boldon isn't on there. I'm on Gold now. SO much better.
Centro certainly has been smart to cycle off after that Olympic gold. Don't be greedy like Lance. Get your hardware, get your money and then go quietly in the night.
Miller-Wibo with her typical strong finish takes it with a MR!
Prandini is a such a qt3.14
Thanks for the stream link, anonymous guy. You are a high-T high-IQ individual.
Latiskene's 45-win streak ended in the women's HJ

No NCAA testing, then these sprinters go pro and are magically "injured" all the time (while racing way less) and by and large not much better than their college years.
Makes you think.
There is testing in the NCAA.
Hey, this is LRC. We don´t give a f about silly little things like facts.
Maybe the Americans should be coached my the Ingebrigtsen dad since they keep losing ;-)
