My opinion is that MLS is almost as good as Ligue 1, EPL, and Serie A. It's just that other countries and their culture hype up their players so much that all the players in Europe are given hero status.
Maybe European football (soccer) has more tactics, but the physicality of football players should be the same worldwide.

1) Yes, the MLS is a poor quality of football.
2) No, it is nowhere near the quality of the leagues you mentioned or the Bundesliga.
3) Nope, it's a lot more than that. To put it into context, what's the difference between a 3:55 mile and a 4:05 mile. I mean it's only 10 seconds and both runners are basically the same is stature.
