This a copy and paste of all the tests.
Tuesday: 300 Yard Shuttle
Two cones are set up 25 yards apart. Players will run to the cone, touch it with
their foot, turn and run back to the start. Repeat this 6 times without stopping.
Players will get a 2-minute rest and repeat. Your score will be the average of
both attempts.

Wednesday: 100 Yard Sprints
Players must run 100 yards in 18 seconds. They then have the remaining minute
(42 seconds) to run back to the starting point. This is then repeated 10 times.
Once you stop you are out.
Thursday: Soccer FIT Interval Test
Players start on the edge of the box and as the clock starts
will have 30 seconds to complete the sprint pattern:
10 yards (down & back)
10 yards (down & back)
25 yards (down & back)
After the 30 second time, players will rest for 30 seconds.
This interval pattern and a 30 second rest is repeated, but
the time to get back is now 29 seconds instead of 30. The
interval time continues to drop (28,27,26…) but the rest
time between intervals will always remain at 30 seconds.
Players will be marked “out” when they fail to make it back
in required time. The goal is to make it to 18 seconds.
