You people ride IGC so much it's too funny. Pro contract???? He ran 3:42.66 (30 collegiates in the country beat that his year) and 4:01.35 (50 collegiates in the country beat that his year). He was good for D3, under great coaching. He obviously has potential to break 4 and 3:40 under more good training but a pro contract? Come on. With 50 (!!!!) college kids already better than him in the mile? There are plenty of people, not just in college all over the country that break 4 and aren't professionals. He'll probably end up at HOKA NJNY, if he even keeps running

I disagree. I think a key component to successful summer training is cracking open the Bud Light Limes, 3-4 a night in June and 5 for July/August. A proper hydration schedule for ideal summer mileage would be:
1xcoffee in the morning
1xcoffee at lunchtime
Beer in the evening
As for Limes distribution, it's best to go 1 post run, 1 in the shower, 1 with dinner, and 2 on the back porch with the lads. This will prepare your body for post-race bar trips and binge drinking after your coach pisses you off. -
Everyone knows PBR is the drink of champions

I heard that NJNY offered him a spot on roster (no money) but he dropped the ball

He's training in secret under the alias "Don Mahogany". Expect him to break 3:40 in the 1600m (none of that dumb American "bring back the mile sh!t for this full-fledged Spaniard) this coming fall over in Australia. -
Dan Block increases JPDs, comeback of the century... Top 10 in the region, dethroning teammate Tyler Wright

Hey remember when Utica used to be relevant enough to be made fun of instead of RIT?

RIT is trash.

Did anyone notice Oneonta's Angelo Posillico left Oneonta to go to Springfield as Director of Cross Country and Track in 2017 and is now at West Point just as an assistant coach of throws...

He has been at West Point for over a year -
Apparently, Regionals will not be held at the same course that Rowan used to host Regionals in 2016. It's being held offsite at a field used for Equestrian. http://dreamparknj.com/

This is a prime opportunity to show off your PBs to some horse girls. I applaud for taking such strides to improve my sex life.

He probably makes more money as an assistant coach there than he did as a head at Oneonta. Not sure about Springfield, though. Seems like being the director of the program would have a pretty high paycheck -

Ok now this is ridiculous, this is possibly their 6th cross country course they've set up in the past three to four years. FFS pick a place and stick with it -
AFAIK the old courses were built on land Rowan purchased for expansion projects. There's a hospital being built on top of where the 2016 course was. No clue why they aren't reusing the 2017 one but it was pretty tight in some spots so I won't miss it.

What do people have for incoming classes? Less than three weeks to go.

Does Burks from Geneseo still have eligibility? He logged 130 miles on Strava last week.

Yeah bro, don't worry about it.
