That's the first question I had as the runner's were being introduced.
Before the intros were over, I had another burning thought. Man, Clayton Murphy doesn't even get the camera to pause on him as an Olympic medallist? I guess they only have a limited amount of time and he's not in good form but that's harsh.
And then the race went off and I was totally depressed by the time it was over.
He wears his sunglasses at night.
Given how he ran, maybe he smoked a little too close to race time and was afraid he'd have bloodshot eyes?
Someone in the other thread has pointed out that the Brooks Beasts have signed a multi-year endorsement deal with sunglass company Roka. That explains it.

I posted that.
That explains why he had them and may like racing and running in them, but it doesn't explain why he had them on the top of his head. Either leave them off or put them on. Looks like they were clear glasses. Didn't Jeremy Wariner used to wear clear glasses? Top of head to me shows he was distracted.
Windle got his clock cleaned today, but at least he tried to stay mid-pack rather than hanging at the very back of the field. I just hope this experience doesn’t make him revert to his usual Robby-kicking. He has to be able to stay in contact with he leaders in order to achieve anything outside of domestic and indoor races.

I have a friend that hates to race without her sunglasses. In races where it's dark, she'll where them on top of her head like this cat.
Time zones. A nigh race in Shanghai is actually an early morning race where Drew is from.
For my purposed keeps bugs out of my eyes on trail runs, nothing to do with sun.
