I learned from this thread I under-performed in the 3200, quadding or not.
I was faster at all lesser distances, slower than nearly all you at the 32. Carry on.

I ran a 9:51 about a week ago fresh, but wasn’t too happy with it, then last night I quadded running 4:31, 2:02, 9:50, and split a 54 high all within 3 hours or so. I pr’d somehow in the 3200 with being pretty tired having an 800 and 1600 under my legs, so i was wondering what that time would equate to if I was fresh? Not trying to humble brag or any of that, because obviously there are plenty of people that could smoke anyone of those times any day and I acknowledge that ??
I don't think the answer is what you are looking for. A lot of times nearing the end of season, when you start to peak and taper and get fresh, you can run multiple races in the span in a single day and PR in all of them. All 4 years of High School I usually PR'd or double PR'd at our district finals. Maybe my 1:58 could have been a 1:57 if I didn't run the mile. Maybe? Maybe my 3200 could have been a few seconds faster.
I would guess 9:40's, or maybe 9:39-9:40 if you raced it again in a couple weeks fresh.
Hey Alan just curious whats your grade and MOS? Is there any benefit to being extremely fit in the military outside of special forces?
