This is completely faulty.
In big races with pros, you should always consult with LRC before googling any other nonsense.
Peer reviewed, all the time, LRC simply is THE best source for all things running and I would even say The Standard by which ALL knowledge is gleaned.
Now, go run your butt off at the beginning of that race and let us know what happens!
