She ran side by side with Marie Bouchard of USF for most of the race and with 2ish laps to go she surged and gapped the field.
You can see the live results here too.

Cool, thanks.
Boise State sweeps the Steeple!
Yusuke Uchikoshi won with a sprint finish in 8:38
The Chico state athlete who was leading up to the final straightway tumbled over the last barrier and did sort of a front flip lol
Impressive! 8:38 and 9:38
Lindsey Butterworth wins the women's 1500m with a time of 4:13 and ran a 64 last lap. She made it look easy.
Alexis Fuller of Boise State had a solid run in the 2nd heat with a 4:17. She had a crazy last 200m kick.
Thanks, I'd been looking for some kind of "live discussion" thread... very excited to hear how the 5 and 10k's go later on!
And wow what a run by Allie!!! I'm keeping track of the live scoreboard too.

1 lap to go Drew Hunter takes the lead and Sam Prakel right with him
Peter Callahan with a monster finish to win in 3:38 Drew Hunter 2nd in 3:39
Oregon looking impressive with 3rd-5th places including true Freshman Reed Brown (3:40).
While it’s obviously nothing compared to his mile PR, it’s so nice to see McGorty getting a 1500 best after what must have been a long and frustrating year of injury.
There is currently a runner in the 3rd section of the Men's 5000m running with one shoe lol I think it fell off the first lap but he is still going.
True Freshman Luis Grijalva of NAU won the 2nd section of the men's 5000m in 13:49 in convincing fashion, passing Philo Germano who lead the entire race up until the last 200m or so.
Invitational 5000s and 10000s are coming next!
In the women's 5000m invitational Freshman Emily Venters of Boise State lead most of the race but with one lap to go Lilli Burdon and Katherine Receveur make a move and Burdon of Oregon wins in 15:42.
The Flotrack announcing is horrendous.
boise state is surprisingly getting some good runners developed
Pack still together 12 mins into the men's invitational 5000m. Tyler Day of NAU moving up front on the bell lap. In a tight finish, Zach Long of Tennessee ran a 57 last lap to win in 13:39.
Gwen VS Karissa up next in the 10000m
I’m a D2 female runner. Our coach explicitly told us not to visit LetsRun forums.
Great interview with Steve Cram - says Jakob has no chance of WRs this year
