I was hoping you would ask Ben about the can of beans and the poncho.

S0, wait...he said "...when your 30, 38 at this point..."
Oopsies I didn't post the link. Starts at 00:42.
I always thought that the walrus was Paul. At least that's what I learned in school. Now I have to rethink everything. Sheesh.

He obviously read this thread and is just joking around

I just think it's fantastic that Ben Blankenship casually suggested that he is 38 years old.
What the hell, he called himself 30 again. The '88 birthdate sounds correct, because Dec '89 would be too late for HS class of '07. Most likely it was entered wrong on his U of Minnesota profile and then copied wrong to other data sources. I can understand accidentally misstating your age in casual conversation once, but not repeatedly... Oh well, thanks Jon Gault for trying to get to the bottom of this mystery.
Someone should calculate the rate of change with respect to the date of the listing and how old he was on that particular day according to his birthdate. What is the derivative of Ben's age?
Also, does he ever shower?
His wiki says a 1971 birth date
You’ve been trolled. First by trump and now by Ben.
The logical conclusion is that he was born in December 1988 and is 29 years old, because of the 2007 high school graduation date. But the casual mention of being 30 in the original interview and now be USA indoor interview with a quick transition to 38 really makes you wonder...
This is either brilliance by Blankenship, or just pure stupidity by letsrun. That line is always blurry.
I thought he graduated HS in '08
I am going with the logical age of 29. I guess he cold have been held back and graduated at 19 but I don't know what the MN rules are. Some states don't allow athletes to compete if they turn 19 prior to the start of a sport. Maybe the December birth month isn't even correct which could mean that he is still 28.
