Podcast has concluded. It's 1:42:20 long. Here is a brief synopsis in case you don't have that much time.
We started out by looking at Millrose for the first 40 minutes.
At the 40 minute mark, we then turned our attention to the USA XC champs.
At 55 minute mark, we turned our attention to Camel City and IAAF World Indoor Tour.
At the 66:40 mark, we went back and looked at what happened in December/January (Footlockers/ NXN and Bill Aris, Fukuoka, Justin Gatlin expose, Zatopek, Cal International, Andrew Wheating's retirement, Ryan Gregson's proposal, etc)
At 90:40, we looked ahead to what we are most excited about for 2018 as whole (London/Boston marathons, a world record in the women's 5k, men's steeple?)

Super pumped about the live podcast, and I really hope you start doing these every Friday, but I really wish you would give more notice. I only happened to see it quickly skimming through LRC during lunch.

Don't know how you can say tactics aren't important in the 800 and that it always opens up... tell that to Robby Andrews...
