The problem is this trend of people running on pure hate.
It ages you quickly and I don't think it really makes you faster.
Run for the love of it and that will help with oldface.

Exactly! Jared Ward has run his way to a 13:34 and 28:xx off of pure love for his wife and religious missionary zeal. Most of the men who meet the LetsRun Trifecta tend to run for love, not hate.
Case #2: Galiin Rupp. 12:58 on his dedication to his kids, his mother, and to the Virgin Mary

You can't moisturize and still be attracted to women?

Run before dawn. Also, wear sunglasses. Notice that Jared Ward still looks super fly even though he’s over 30. It’s all because of the shades.

There's a whole book on Linear Models for Statistics? Linear models are the simplest ones. Why do they need a whole book for that.

Besides the sun exposure, I think that a lot of it has to do with the low bodyfat. So, if you want to keep running fast, I don't think there's much you can do about it.
Huh?? By your logic, isn't the answer to prevent bodyfat from being too low?
Not "if you want to keep running fast"
At a certain age, you have to choose between your face and your ass.

Since I switched to low carb/high fat diet, I rarely have to use sunscreen despite being out in a lot, I just get a nice tan and clear wrinkle-free skin. .
Explain the mechanism behind this.
I'm not a clinical researcher, but greatly lowered inflammation as well as an abundance of essential fatty acids and fat-soluble vitamins sure doesn't seem to hurt. Persistent adult cystic acne has vanished as well, and no new gray hair in two years since I went keto. The biggest benefits are probably the even energy levels, lack of aches and pains, allergies almost vanishing and no more respiratory infections, which were occuring every winter.
Stop running and you may (...may) put on weight, so your face won't have that wizened look. You'll get jowls, but not runner -face. BTW runner face has little to do with sun exposure...lots of outdoor activities burn your skin more without protection.

He looks mid to late 30s. I think a better question is how does his wife look so good despite having two kids.

THE QUESTION WE WERE ALL THINKING ??????

Yes, not run too much??
You could lift weights

Fat people with fat faces tend to look a little younger I guess. Not sure why.
Runners are not typically fat.

Most of them are under 30 so that's no great achievement.
Savage, yikes
Everyone is mentioning sunscreen. I think sun exposure is less than half the problem. The problem is mostly the low body fat combined with hormonal craziness from all the intense training and the caffeine consumption. Centrowitz, Rupp, Makaloufi, Webb all have horrible skin.

Believe me, if caffeine consumption accelerated aging, then I would have been dead long ago.
It's the sugar, beta-stress, oils, starches, overtraining and sun exposure, stupeed.

Because they never go outside, so no lines, and the blubber layer makes them look more child-like. If that is "younger", I guess that's one way to see it.
If you are a guy with a somewhat wizened face but strong healthy body, that to me is a fair trade. But of course I'm a dude who likes chicks, you more "Metro" types may not agree.
Uhh....they're mormons. It's pry some other lady's kids and she was the wife du jour
