Here is a serious answer. For 6 flat pace on normal training runs I'd say about a 13:20 5k guy. I wouldn't even consider that "easy" pace. Thats more of a moderate effort which your trying to get good aerobic work in without tiring yourself out for workouts.
Just an assumption. But you're probably a mid high 14' guy wondering where your paces should be. 14:30 5k guy roughly should be about 6:25-35 pace on normal run days (not recovery days.) As your fitness improves when you take some time off bw racing seasons and start back up thats when you should slowly notch down your training paces.
