Without knowing your background and current training status, it's tough to say exactly what you need to work on. However, when I discussed this with a buddy in the past, we came to the conclusion to keep the last 6 weeks as is and to keep the same ratio of workout types consistent.
Without looking at the book this would roughly mean in weeks 12-7 to go there would be 2 split tempos, 2 MTMTMs, 2 Long runs, 3 I workouts for Q2, and 3T workouts for Q2.
