HELP! I've been out for a year due to injury and I'm ready to get back at it. I've only been cross training for 2 weeks now and I'm not sure how to go about resuming my training. I was doing 50 miles a week prior to my injury (stress fracture - totally healed now). Should I start out at 15-20 min a day and gradually increase? Any suggestions would be great. I do the 1500m I'm female and I'm planning on doing cross country in the fall.
