FloTrack is putting the nails in the coffin of a struggling sport. Elite athletes should refuse to do interviews. Anyone who subscribed should cancel their subscription. It is tough enough to get people to watch a cross country race. Stay off their website !!!!

No.

Not my problem you can’t afford it
-
Come on. $30 is a drop in the bucket. Meaningless.
-
Why don't you try boycotting being broke and unemployed?
-
Careful guys, just a bunch of shills. flotrack still sucks. dont support it.
-
That $30 will quickly turn into $90 or $360 by the time you get those scumbags to cancel your account.

Good idea. Once Flotrack is gone just think of all the entrepreneurs that will rush in to take their place. -
Sorry, from following cross country and the track and field, I know too many by sight and their personal stories. It is too much to miss, so I signed up. I wish the would promote the sport by telecasting free. Strangely, I got to signed up month to month for just $19, not the $29 I think this is because I signed in using last years account. Last year you were able to watch on the 1 month free trial but had to cancel to avoid automatic month to month charges. They cancelled just fine last year, with just clicking that you wanted to cancel. This time when I logged in, after having them send me an email to set my password, when I clicked the live show, I got the $19 option.
While we definitely would prefer that there wasn't this exclusive to Flotrack, since I'd be willing drive quite some distance at $0.50 per mile if the meet were within range, the $19 was that bad a price, it is what it costs me to try 38 miles round trip. (I expense my business travel, that is why I think of it this way). -
I hope the production quality is horrible for you Flotrack shills.

Maybe with rain on the camera and visibility limited by mist, we'll only get to see Kurgat. :( -
I haven't been to the FT site since they started charging, and ripping people off for poor coverage.

I hope your business isn't traveling grammarian... -
Shame on everyone that decided to bite the bullet at the last minute and pay the fee. Thanks for funding poor quality streams and supporting terrible principles.

LRC should sponsor free feeds for runners

The cart camera was shakey at times and sometimes good. There were multiple feeds from the course that were of good enough quality. Definitely not ESPN. A steady cam on the cart and more professional cameramen would help. I particularly dislike the focus on the front runner at the finish line, missing some key contests for position for several seconds.
I must admit that ESPN has had the same issue at the end of the last two NCAA womans 10k championships, so focused on a front leader finishing that they miss most of the racing for contested positions a few seconds later. -
I was pleased with the feed I got. Never cut out. Yes it was shaky in a few moments but for sitting on the back of a golf cart I am not complaining. I also had the opportunity to watch both D2 races and will see both D3 races later on. It may not be the ideal set up but too many people seem hell bent on complaining rather than fixing it.

I stopped watching Flotrack 3 years ago when they started charging.
Look at what other sports channels do. Has anyone watched GCN? free and they probably bring in WAY more money than flotrack.
If flotrack was around $5 I would probably do it. But it's a total ripoff and the content is not worth it. Find most of the presenters terribly annoying. Only good thing they had going for them was Ryan.
