Looks like 4-45 pound plates on each side plus 45 pound bars =405 pounds, what is she 90-105 pounds? About 4 x body weight, impressive.
Definitely bumper plates. Difficult to tell how much she's squatting but looks like at least 3 10s per side; probably like 135 or so... still pretty impressive.
Yup, def outer bumper plates, 405 lbs would probably flex a bit when sitting down and you would probably hear the steel plates vibrating against each other, and frankly, no way she can squat 405.
Also no idea why anyone would user bumper plates on box squats, typically they're used to keep the bar higher off the ground to make it easier on the back, e.g. deadlifts, bent over rows etc. But this bar is racked, and never touches the ground...unless they know the video is going out there and want to disguise how much weight she is lifting.
Jordan is doing 4 reps, perfect! Lift at least 85% one rep max (which works out to about 5-6 reps tops) and you will minimize muscle soreness but get stimulation of type II muscle fibers which are usually neglected by distance runners. Given a choice you should lift weights *before* running, aerobic exercise blunts mTor and reduces the amount of strength gains, lotsa theory/practice about this, Alex Hutchison has talked a lot about it. I've squatted the morning of afternoon easy runs no problem, even some long runs.
