i used to think i was big boned.
then i stopped eating like a pig and running more and realized i was just fat.

Bone mass is a tiny fraction of any human's total mass. Maybe 15% of a healthy-weight person, so even less for theJeff. Muscle is the vast majority of it (and also affects bone density)-unless you're relatively obese like theJeff, in which case fat makes up a substantial chunk of it.
Stop eating too much and you will weigh less, Jeff.
