Moderate pace is close to Marathon pace or better yet, Marathon effort. Do these every day. Skip workouts entirely with the exception of strides and hill sprints. Increas the volume gradually to 100-130 mpw. Take a recovery day whenever you need to and run slower. Above all, listen to your body and run by feel. You will amaze yourself.
