How about those singles, plus doubles whenever you can. You'll then have 100 + the extra miles from the doubles. It'll make you strong.

I would suggest tempo run pace for those tempo runs. If you have no idea how to find your own tempo run pace, a subscription to Runner's World might actually be helpful :-)
For longer tempos, slow it down a bit; for shorter ones, you can go a bit faster. Complicated, isn't it?!
