Are you mad that if you gave someone 42 bucks they would not wear your clothes?
What are the situations in life that call for a ($82) sleeveless hoodie? The product description ("that easy piece you throw on before/after a workout, for warmth at the core while still being wings out") doesn't help.

When Kara Goucher asks you for a sleeveless hoodie, you make a sleeveless hoodie.

I can picture perhaps wearing it after lifting in spring or fall. I personally thought this was one of the cuter pieces, but I don't have the money/desire to shell out as much as Oiselle's asking for it. I'm pretty cheap at baseline and thus don't own anything from them.
Overall I was a little disappointed in the collection. My legs, which are pretty muscular, would look terrible in those wide-legged pants that gather mid-calf. The tanks look too much like t-shirts to me with really high neck-lines/go up right up to the armpit.
Or you can get yourself a $10 hooded sweatshirt, cut the sleeves off with a scissors and save yourself $72. But then you wouldn't be part of the "flock".
The flock will be fleeced.
No, I laugh at her and wouldn't give her a dime. She's in it for the $$$$$ and nothing else. The master's circuit is next, wait for it as it's coming soon. She'll be on a huge "40 and over kick" and loves to hear herself talk.

Professional athletes marketing themselves to make money? Weird. Totally reasonable to hate that.

Man she's HOT!!!!
kara hater here, NikeMan 4 life....
Yes its overpriced but the market is willing to buy. I cant understand how millennials will pay $20 for a 30 minute camp gladiator class but doesn't mean someone else, and a lot of others, wont.
That apparel actually looks pretty good, so have to commend them on that. Sporty and chill. Its a 1000% better than what she wore at the trials which was hideous.
FInally- her pictures looked great. I don't understand how sometimes these companies don't put their athletes in the best light or why they go with certain unflattering pics. These were great. Good job
I think this stuff is rather cute, but as someone mentioned the armpit cut is a bit too high. Kara will make a ton off of this and good for her. She has inspired a lot of female runners over the years, and has also pissed off a lot of loser Letsrun trolls. It's a good thing. :-D

Does this mean the Snuggie fad is officially over?
I dont even mind that eggnog gives me gas. Nothing like having a glass at night then waking up and blasting off a bunch of farts
Soooo...any valid criticisms related to the point at hand? Or just more sophomoric insults?

All overpriced stuff compared to the cost of Everything Else. But some will pay. So there's a demand, so there's a company. Nothing wrong with that.
I look at it the same way I look at iPhones. Way TOO many people pay for those, and not too many have an issue with that, because they're using iPhones.
She's a beautiful woman with great career success in running and the gear looks sharp.
All the girls in Buckhead will be wearing it.
Why not.
Eet mor Carnatine !
