Well I can see why this wasn't on Instagram if he ran this slow. Ouch!

yes
A good time would be me, Kate Winslet, and a bottle of wine back at my place.

He just gave a speach on a microphone (I'm not joking. I guess some people came out to watch and they used the mics to tell people to get set before the start). He thanked everyone for coming out and then said, "I'm leaving for London on Monday and I'm not coming back empty handed"
You should merge this with the other thread.

Just ran about 1:51 in his so-called "time trial"

http://www.letsrun.com/saveI can't find a silver lining, 1:46 was the expectation, 1:48 would have been slow, but 1:50 is like somethings wrong. Andrews show be in prime shape right now, 1:50 should be an interval. Andrew has never be TT type guy, perhaps that's it.
At least we can be certain he is clean.

What if that is not it?
Do you remember this workout by Centro just before he won the 2016 Olympic 1500m gold medal?
Holy S*@t, Centro Just Ran 1:49.3 and then 1:47.9 for 800 AFTER running 1:47.17 in the meet 7/30/2016 12:10AM
This was so good and beautiful
I'm starting another thread because Matt Centrowitz wasn't done after he ran 1:49.3 for 800 AFTER the meet. He came back 10-15 minute later and ran another one in 1:47.9 (with a running start).

Robby doesn't have this.

He did... and ran 3:46.

He's bringing back Cadbury for his mom.

Wow, you're an idiot.
54/56 --> 1:50
That would be nice for the first two laps of a hard mile for Asbel.
What is Andrews doing starting an 800 TT in 54? Has he zero motivation? I have seen 15 year-olds get out that fast.

Or messing up his regimen in fear of testing.
Remember, folks, this is "lazy Alan Webb" we're dealing with, after all. But Webb was often too high-strung for his own good. Maybe a semi-slacker attitude and imperfect preparation will be assets for Andrews.
Saw a clip. Didn't look very smooth. As has been said if this wasn't with some heavy training load on top of it this isn't very good.

She is an attractive, fit 40 year old woman. Why not?
I’m a D2 female runner. Our coach explicitly told us not to visit LetsRun forums.
