OP,
Whether you are fired or not, still follow this guy around and slam his STRAVA segments. Then, create 4-5 fast segments he can't break around his home, the work place, and any other place he runs. Just sh!t all over this dude.
Instead of just banging his wife, just slowly make contact. Get into his head. Start by bumping into her in public places. Tell her to tell your co-worker that you said hi. Talk to her. Start flirting after a few times. Make sure you can snag something that you will have to return to her, so you can show up to their home and say, "Sorry, but I saw that you dropped this at the grocery store and I wanted to return it." It will drive him mad. Maybe even start some arguments between them. That's when you become her outlet. Get even closer, then after you have him on the edge of a meltdown after being all over Strava where he can see and mentioned by his wife to the point where he thinks you're having an affair, that's when you have an affair. Make sure he will show up at home when it happens too. She may break it off after the first time, so that part is important. He will likely attack you physically again at this moment. Come prepared and kick his ass just after you got done doing it with his wife. Bonus points if you're still 100% nude and still have a chubby. Leave and never talk to him or her ever again. If you're still in the same workplace, just make eye contact at random moments, but never talk to him. Occasionally smirk and look at him and your phone simultaneously at the same time.
All at the same time, become best friends with the boss. This should be done slowly, starting at the same time you start flirting with his wife. Also, start taking some sort of combat classes so you can be 100% you'll destroy him, even in his anger. Learn how to fight off of pure hate at any moment.
Do this then report back. Bonus points if you can accomplish all of this in under 3 months.
Your ideas are intriguing to me and I wish to subscribe to your newsletter.
GO GET IT DONE OP!
I was just wondering whatever happened to this thread. Can't wait for more big payoff.
this is probably my favourite thread all time
OP make sure to read this guys ideas
If wife isn't super hot this thread is a waste of time. Also, life is much easier from the basements of your parents home trolling on LRC.

It's been more than 3 months. OP, what happened?
In his zeal to crush the segment, the OP tripped, fell and hit is head - he now has no recollection of this post and his co-worker has started a charity in his honor.
There’s not much to tell, I was written up for the tussle and told to avoid him. I haven’t talked to him since but every so often I see him in the cafe at work and it’s a brief stare down. I’m tempted to go mess with another strava record but have been laying low. My friends still bust my balls over the “your wife is next line.” That’s probably the only thing I’d go back and change. Funny thing is I did see him at a race with his wife and kid. She was actually pretty hot and blew her a kiss to piss him off but he didn’t see me.
Only funny thing is my friend who also runs printed out the strava record a few months later. He made a copy and posted them all around my cubical as I still have the record (never went back to lower it). I’m pretty sure he saw it or so people around the office said he was pissed about it.
This is the funniest thread ever. I'm glad things worked out ok in the end. It's good to see you back again. I was waiting for an update, but didn't expect to see this thread reappear. I was even thinking of how this story could be turned into a movie. Just out of curiosity, how fast can you run a mile, and how much effort was the 5:12?
A bit anti-climatic. Perhaps the thing to do next is to apologize to the fellow and give him a bear hug and ask to bury the hatchet.
Maybe even offer to go on a friendly hobby jog with him.

Some of the people on this site would be better off as creative writers lmao
Nobody is going to point out the current 3:43 on there?

Oh wow, I have a time on this segment from an easy run I went on last summer when I was in town for a wedding...glad I ran 6:xx and got under that guys 8:30.
I am confused that there's a 3:43 (bike?) and no 5:12. There's a 4:55 from 2017 and a 5:09 from 2010.
