Low 29mins in the Olympic w10,000m is in no way unusual for a championship
Race 😂😂😂
The last 800m of the women's 1500m was 1:57 (the equivalent of 1:44 for men) heck Simpson ran 1:59. Again this was in no way unusual 😂😂😂
He didnt won major medals (not counting European level) But...tony the tiger wrote:

When was the last time this chumb won anything ?? gtfoh
His 800 PB is 1:42.53=1250 points per IAAF table. His 600m European record 1:13.21 is equivalent to 1224 points.
1250 points are equivalent to 12:49 (Mo's PB is 12:53.11-1235 points) and 26:45.49 (Mo have 26:46.57-1249 points).
Mo is a little better for 1500m, with his 3:28.81 (1262 points)
So, you can say that Mo won all, and Bosse still nothing (how many medals had mo at 25 years old?). But you can't say that Mo is significantly faster than Bosse.
LOL He wont be winning anything anytime soon
I wouldn't hold my breath
Dont u ever compare the legendary Mo Farah with this no name under achiever
I laughed when I saw NOP ads next to this post
To call two guys who have run 1:45/3:33/13:16 and 1:42 respectively not-elite or a no-name is actually hilarious. Lol, the envy is strong here.

Why not? Rudisha is miles away from 1:40/1:41 shape. Amos, I would be surprised if he run 1:42 mid or faster. Aman is almost off the radar. Symmonds retired, Duane Solomon off the radar. Kszsot, Murphy, Brazier, McBride, Rotich, Gakeme...are in similar levels, probably the biggest threat is Emmanuel Korir, unproven at majors, and probably running out of gas in August, after a long NCAA season.
Elite:
3:42 (sub 4 equivalent)
1:49
13:59
World-Class
1:45
3:36
13:29
Amos will def win it
and your boy is lucky if he is 6th or 7th
Mark my word
That's still higher than you've finished at the World Championships :)

So you're pumping this guy Amos, yet calling Bosse irrelevant? When was the last time this cheating douche won anything? Oh, a silver in 2012?? A half a decade ago as a "junior"! Wake up, this guy is nothing now and is much less relevant than Bosse. He'll be DFL in the final, if he makes it.

Mo Farah was 6th/7th in every major until 2011. And crushed every final lap of Eurocircuit meetings.
But then he went with Alberto, didn't hear the doorbell, Jama Aden only hold his stopwatch, appeared in fancy bears hack as "likely doping"...
Yes Amos will win it all
and yes Bosse is as irrelevant as ever
Mo Farah is not doping if that what you are insinuating here

It was more a case of him having the balls to go with the pace and putting it on the line (much like he did in the Rio final when he paid the prices and faded to 4th)
My group have trained with Bosse in the past and I haven't seen anything from his camp that would make me doubt that he was doing it clean.
JR
He did nothing of the sort. He shadowed David Rudisha and mirrored every step of his till he got singed in the last 50 metres. But I'm a fan of his running, nevertheless.
Mirroring Rudisha IS putting it on the line, dummy.
someone asked for a translation......
for what it's worth, here goes (with a few observations)...
The sequence begins with the host asking, "Is Mo Farah an example?" (we don't know what precedes this, so we don't know of what)
Bosse replies, "I have a hard time talking about this athlete, so I'll keep quiet. Perhaps people will find out one day".
"Meaning what?" says the host.
"I'm not a fan. He's clearly a very nice guy ("nice personality?" interjects the host).
"I love his accent," continues Bosse, "the British accent is classy. He's nice with everyone, he's amiable, and he thinks of his family all the time. That's the man. But the athlete? I've never been convinced"
“Is that true; you’ve got some doubts?†(host)
“Yes,†says Bosse
I suspect the host doesn’t want to take this further, because he segways into:
"We know that he was in the middle of a (media?) storm. Not him personally, but his coach Alberto Salazarâ€.
One of the other guests murmurs something indistinct about ‘scientific methods’.
The host ends by saying, “In fact, he doesn’t train all the time with AS. Salazar sends him his schedules, and they only meet two or three times a year. He trains by himself most of the timeâ€.
“OK†says Bosse, unconvinced….
“We’ll leave it at that,†says the host.
We need context, where can we find the full interview?
I’m a D2 female runner. Our coach explicitly told us not to visit LetsRun forums.
