Has anyone used orthotics during high mileage training and has a recommendation for a good pair?
I'm considering getting some. I'm running 100-120 miles a week right now and my feet are starting to feel beat up. I've been using Nike Pegasus 33's, and they seemed OK in the past but I think I may need to either add orthotics or find a shoe with more cushioning. I overpronate pretty bad, and had gotten orthotics when I was in high school. However the last couple of years and when I was in college I was able to get away with not needing orthotics.
Anyone have a shoe recommendation for a high mileage overpronator that runs all their runs on roads, that I can put a lot of miles on?
