Real Scots came from Ireland and for a small country Ireland and it's ex-patriots have always had the best distance runners. Did you know that Ireland still holds the 4 x 1 mile record? Ireland 4 million people...... Kenya 60 million people. Do the math. Irish drug free runners would destroy drug fueled Kenyans if they Ireland also had 60 million people.

Only Western Scotland & the Hebrides are culturally common with Ireland, particulary Antrim & Donegal. Scot's Gaelic & Irish Gaelic are very similar, and both regions share a lot of the same surnames (e.g., McDonald/McDonnell/Donaldson). The central & eastern parts of Scotland were historically more culturally aligned with the English...too bad.

do you think most of all professional kenyans come from all the country? duhh
should not even be said kenyans but the names of 2 or 3 small towns by far less than 4 million.
