Suspect it's getting to hot in the NOP corner right now. Ironic Centro the elder opts to step down to coach Junior within hours of the report being released earlier this week. Might all be coming to a head within the next week or less.
You do not know what "ironic" means.
Just got an email from an astute visitor, CM, who noticed Centrowtiz isn't listed on the entries any more.
Update: Centro says he picked up "an untimely virus"

Dang! That's too bad.
Don't you and W usually get to Eugene early and hang out with the locals? Or was that just a one time thing?
Would you like him to release his medical records with his diagnosis? Do you really think he should have to do that?

The L-Carantine virus has run rampant throughout the NOP training group. At this point they will all have to be hospitalized and receive transfusions, megadoses of supplements, and multiple injections to recover from this nasty virus.
Anyone have Dr Brown's number?

Why would you withdrawal the day before and not wait until tomorrow in the event that you may feel better and be able to run? If he's been sick all week he needs to announce this via press conference or skipe or something so as to be completely transparent in light of the controversy with Alberto and the NOP this past week. He's not just some local runner anymore, he's an Olympic Champion and needs to act like one and mange his public image.
an untimely virus = OD on L-Carantine
LOLsmart move for Centro to scratch - would have had his arse handed to him

This sucks... I was looking forward to watching this race, with all the elites in it!!!

Maybe BUTTHOLE SURFER can go in his place and "pepper" NOPers with a bunch of questions.

Centro has mange?
Renato Canova and Federico Rosa told me that mange can cause severe itching and hair loss.
This is going to cause a massive amount ( = 60 kg.…of BS…or 70kg. of BS…or 80 kg.) of BS speculative posting at this website…as usual.

Looks like you could use some better management of your image too, there, chief. Although what can be expected from somebody whose handle is "butthole surfer."

Ummm, INFUSIONS (50ml x a whole bunch) not transfusions (blood). Wait ... maybe they are also getting transfusions for Salazar's Magic Ichor.
I swear this board acts like no elite runner ever actually gets sick or injured - if they scratch from a race it's always for some shady reason. It's like you guys were never even runners
On instagram, Centro just put up a story saying that he scratched at 11:15am and USADA showed up at his doorstep at 11:30am to test him.

Pretty sure this was the first ever running meme
Are you proud of your job? If so, you shouldn't be. Creating negative speculation about circumstances that you know nothing about is not admirable; in fact, it's quite the opposite.
This IS outstanding news! With his typical sport-cheating slow-poke tactics and all-out rush to the finish line obsession, we should have a athletics
competition truly reflective of the Prefontaine character.

Just wild speculation on my part, perhaps he's got the flu?
