6-6, 206, maybe 6 mpw as jog between sets or hiit.
6'5" 170( just a few pounds heavier than in high school)
About 25 a week, plus equal time on other cardio machines, and strength training. 20 or so hours a week of easy to hard physical labor depending on my projects. I can tolerate 50-60 miles, I know it's not much, but prefer to do all this other stuff.
I was a pretty healthy almost 220 a few years back.( never thought in my life I would say I lost 50 pounds) By healthy, I mean all my vital signs and blood work and stuff were great, and I was pretty strong. I had not been watching my diet too much for decades though.

Fixed it. I wasn't being very vigilant.

No I'm not 6-9 and 330 pounds and run 85 miles per week.
Then there's 5-1 and 72 pounds while running 20 mpw but I run a sub-4 mile.
I'm actually:
5-9 195 and I'm running almost 10mpw after a winter full of injuries.
I know your struggle and need to do more when the injury is less severe.

You do understand the difference between weeks and months and how averages work, right? I took almost all of January off. Seventeen miles for the entire month. There were several 60-something mile months. 11.5 is the average miles per week for that span.

Just ran a 5:17 mile last week, too.
You and I were very similar at 42. Hopefully you don't coach and have to try to convince your kids how to work hard as I felt I had to do.
Now I know that it is better to under train than to attempt to "train correctly."
Give yourself credit for your God-given talent...I never did.
(I held 5-9 185-190 for 20 years. I ran around what you ran when
I was not injured...in fact I was faster at times.) I'm at 195 or so now and it's still a pretty compact 195. However the injuries can take their toll. *Under train.

You are either gifted or quite young yet. (as in under 50.)
*Please under train while you can!!! Do not train "correctly." That is what gets many people in trouble. Many world class athletes train by minutes not miles. They also quit when they've had enough.

Incredible natural talent and probably around 45. You might actually not be running enough but then again it depends on what else you have done in your life. Everyone is an individual!!!
