What would my time difference be with spikes. I ran a 11.22 at my last meet, but it was with a little worn out flats. Should get spikes, and if I do, about how much of a difference would it make. Everyone uses them and my coach told me to go buy them.

Yes, track spikes would make you go faster but how much is debatable and depends on what type of spikes you are using and what brand of shoes you are using but you should go faster if you had the same intensity as this run. Pray and ask for the Lord's help and you will be fine. God bless you!
I dropped from 13.9 to 13.3 first time I used spikes instead of flats. Im a distance guy tho, so maybe they helped my form more.
On a wet track, they'll make a massive difference.
