Outdoor 1500m
1) get out fast
2) get onto shoulder of leader (so half of your body length is behind them half is outside of them, this prevents people from trying to pass)
3) sit there and be cognizant of your spacing
4) wait till your sweet spot (600-200 left) and blast it to the finish
Crowded Indoor mile or 1200 on DMR
1) funnel to the last 3/4ths of the pack but be on the rail with spacing
2) watch for gaps to form, move up every straight section
3) eventually in about 600meters tuck into the should of 2nd place
4) blast from wherever you are comfortable from (600m-200m)
