So, let me get this. This kid, last year, hit 9:39 twice INDOOR, on 40 miles a week. He pops on here telling us he is jumping to 85 miles a week and comes up with all this hill sprints, gym workouts, 2 tempos in a day etc etc. He goes to State and loses and runs what maybe a 9:20 outdoor. Then we got to listen to his last goofy post about just believe and all his advise on our mindsets. Lots of guys on here were excited for him and he stops updating cause...what... were behind him! Got several kids ran 64 a week and went way sub 8:55, just in last two years. Your running 85 mpw! These kids live in a diluted mindset. They actually believe we are all fools and morons and know nothing after doing this for 40 years. The enlightened generation, beyond all other generations, special, have super powers. The real world will one day hit them like a freakin meteor.
I love that he refers to the people on this thread as "fans". Yeah, what we want to hear is a high school kid telling us to follow our dreams because he finally decided to run miles for a couple months...
Agree with you 100% runthenight. Kid just wasted all our time.
