He says in video that he wants his restaurant to provide healthy food to low income families yet he's opening up a restaurant on the Bowery, which is prime Manhattan real estate & most low income families have been priced out of that area & I doubt the shelter still exists. I'd be interested in hearing him explain how he plans on linking the two bc I'm not convinced anyone other than wealthy hipsters will be eating his food.
I've been reading about stember since the 90s. He seems like one of those people who is good at whatever he commits himself to. gabe Jennings & him were an interesting duo & they def made me more interested in reading about the sport bc they were never boring.
