I don't even use the GPS watch anymore.
5k PR 17:40
Easy pace on my own 7:45-8:30
Easy pace when doing easy runs with hs team 7:00- 7:40
As a 15:05 runner, easy/endurance runs started at 8:00-:30 pace and by the end were around 5:55 pace. Now as a ~16:45 runner, 9:00 pace down to 6:50 pace for the last couple miles
15:24
Recovery pace is usually 7:10-7:15 average. Standard easy runs during the week are typically around 6:45
15:32
Average is about 7:10, but if you expunge the 8 minute slog I tend to start all my runs with these days it's closer to 6:55.

Interesting plot. I already gave you my current data as a slow old lady, but if you're interested in another point from the same person 25 years ago:
PR 18:10, easy pace around 7:30/mile.
14:46 PR
easy runs = 10:15/mile
(I stopped running 3 years ago)
16.46. (45 sec pb from last week!)
7.45 - 8.30
Recent time:

Easy Pace:
6:40-7:10 (removing outliers)
I wonder if your graph might be better with a logarithmic curve instead of a linear one.
5k PR 15:35
Easy pace usually between 6:40 and 7:00
More of a middle distance runner had only 1 opportunity to run a 5k in college.
17:23 - 4:40/km
5k - 13:54
First mile - 8 min pace
second mile - 7 min pace
based on how I feel after that, anywhere from 7 down to 6:00. It really depends on the day
