Disproving your ideas is easy. It's getting you to understand that your ideas have been disproven that's the hard part.
How would you explain to a child that Superman never existed? Would you point out the fact that people can't fly? Would you point out that every story that has flying people is fictional?
Disproving your ideas is as easy as pointing out that people don't live to 900 years old or that it is impossible to build a boat big enough to carry two of every animal. The problem arises when your ability to distinguish fact from fiction is so pitiful that neither of these facts even phases you.
