The stem cell therapy, exotic HGH don't hurt either. Somewhere there is a doctor being paid handsomely to keep Brady's true fountain of youth a secret.

I don't think many NFL quarterbacks have amazing bodies. I mean they probably do the least amount of running/physical work in a game. Look at images of Eli manning, Aaron Rodgers, Ben roethlisburger, etc. not super toned and even a bit soft. Not surprised to see Brady looks like that.
That and lots of undetectable PEDs.
beans are a grain now?
And "I don't use iodized salt?" I hope you enjoy contracting goiter you idiot.

This- they have instincts- they can stand there with monsters who want to crush them and in less than 5 seconds pick a receiver. Or, run and slide to avoid getting tackled.
Fit? Not really.
#1 factor - genetics
#2 factor - incredibly talented at the NFL QB position (a very specific skill)
#3 factor - whatever meds his doctor prescribes

His wife looks like a man. Why do so many "models" look like men?
Men are humans. Women are humans, too. Maybe that has something to do with it.

Super, but not everyone can afford to eat that way.
Aside from eating organic, this isn't an expensive diet in the least. It's just basic pure unprocessed food.

Questionable benefits? He's one of (maybe the) best QBs to ever play the game.
The point is that his diet has nothing to do with that.
You can feel and perform like a million bucks if you subsist largely on McDonald's.

Get back to us when you can fly.
Who can't afford to eat like that? Limit of meat really makes meals cheap. Organic vegetables can add up but just eating a ton of vegetables is very cheap. If you shop at whole foods, yes that is expensive. I have an Aldi's near by where they are one cheap and two cutting way back of pesticide s, artificial coloring blah blah blah. They also have a gluten free section that includes many of those different grain a listed in the article.Point is don't be lazy and make your food and you can eat almost as well

No, but I'd be interested in seeing your verified performance results. (And also a comparison of your results had you followed Brady's diet.) But I'll settle for the former.
The Forbes article was written by Bruce Lee. You deplorables are circulating fake news again.
That's a great diet if you have your own cook. Most athletes can get away with just ensuring high enough calorie count with decently healthy foods. With a super model for a wife, though, it makes sense to focus on vegetables and limit toxicity. They probably have great skin.

Suffice it to say that I grew up on a farm and ate whole everything. I ran mediocre times during this period despite training hard.
I then switched to eating a lot more "crap", was able to train even harder and ran much less mediocre times.
Now of course you will want to ridicule my performances anyway but diet neither creates nor destroys talent.
