I think it’s good entertainment watching Birdbrain get smashed. she’s just speaking for the haters so keeps Trump sharp. soon as she leaves, Dementia Joe will go into hibernation
Dear M*G*, Donald Trump didn't lower your taxes (He deferred them) He didn't get you healthcare coverage Didn't lower your prescription prices Didn't get your roads or bridges built He didn't decrease the deficit He didn't end the opioid crisis He didn't revive the coal industry He didn't make covid-19 'disappear' He didn't make Mexico pay for the wall He added $2 Billion a month in tariff costs to the American consumer He has a net-negative jobs creations for his administration He decreased corporate taxes, passing the tax burden to the workers He added $ 7.8 Trillion to the deficit - a full 25% of the total He incited an insurrection against our government He didn't put "America first" and He sure didn't "Drain the Swamp... So when you say "he fought for you". You mean he validated your hate?...Because he didn't do anything else.

So very sad. Trump calls Haley, birdbrain, so cult members parrot his juvenile words.
If you asked me what I thought of DJT in 1985, 1995, 2005, or 2015 (before he declared), I’d have said he strikes me as quite a lowlife jerk, to the tiny extent that I think of him at all.
Even aware of some of the explanations offered (among those being that he’s a great cudgel to swing at the people his supporters hate), and in agreement with many of his supporters’ criticisms of other candidates, I remain absolutely perplexed about how this guy has drawn over 5% of the votes in any election.
Interesting to see in S. Carolina that Trump's strongest group is white, old voters without college degrees. I assume that is most of our Trumpers on this board. And that is definitely the make up those hilarious interviews that take place at his rallies. The good news is that is a vastly shrinking voting block. Especially since Trump killed off a good chunk with his ambiguous Covid insanity.
Funny watching all the candidates for other offices falling all over the orange jesus on endorsement. Talk about a cult of trumpanzees. Will this mean more tired of winning and another red wave like the last lost ?
Dementia Donny Fookface tries to do some presidenting:
“whether it’s a water faucet that doesn’t put out water, or a shower that no water’s — or a washing machine where you could be in the middle of the greatest waterfall. you know, you have some states — they can’t get rid of their water. the washing machines, they don’t give you enough water.”
Donald Trump is unable to post a full bond while he appeals a $454.2 million judgment that a judge imposed in New York state's civil fraud case against him, and wants instead to secure a $100 million bond, his lawyers said on...
Trumpism is not an indictment of Trump. It is an indictment of the GOP.
It is not fair to say Trumpism is not an indictment of American because most Americans can clearly see through the con.
My memory is already fading, but his capture of the popular vote was about 47% in 2020, I think. That's WAY to close to "most Americans," and more importantly, is more than high enough to qualify as a general indictment of Americans.
As someone recently alluded to above, it's astounding that he gets more than 5%. Anything way north of that is, I think, a general indictment of the nation's character.

And yes, I'm aware that 47% doesn't represent the number of full-fledged Trumpers. But that number is probably still 30-something. As important, or more so, 47% IS the number of people who thought that Trump was the lesser of two evils, over a run-of-the-mill fairly moderate politician.

America. Indicted. I wish it weren't true.
Sorry, as was probably obvious, 47% was the SUM of the Trumpers + People who thought that Trump was the lesser of two evils (when the other "evil" was freakin' Joe Biden).
From Trump's court filing: “Defendants all but concede that Mr. Trump has insufficient liquid assets to satisfy the judgment amount; defendants would need ‘to raise capital’ to do so.”
(Bloomberg) -- Donald Trump is battling to reverse a $937,989 fine levied against him by a federal judge in Florida last year for bringing “frivolous” claims against Hillary Clinton — yet another effort by the former presiden...
