Agreed. I am also going on the record to defend agip. He is one of the only level headed libs who refuses to participate in the lib panic/shark feeding frenzy about coronavirus. The US will not anywhere near the 1M deaths as some fools have predicted.
edit: get
Your orange leader disagreed today.
Lost faith in trump, trumpanzees?
Have you stopped listening to the President trigged and Sally?

You say the market needs everyone to calm down.
Do you think these closings are the wrong thing to do?
To be honest - I have no idea. They could be very helpful. This country may begin to freak out with citizens lockdowned for 4 weeks.
So, we agree here.
I have no idea what the exact right thing to do is.
People have strong opinions on this. But I’m just watching and commenting on things that I am more confident in.
I’m confident that all of these closings will do major damage to the economy.
But business as usual could put a real strain on the healthcare system.
Trump is in a tough spot.

Housing policy and Education policy? No, tax attorneys don't know much about that. She would have dealt with it some while in the Georgia legislature, but she's far from having expertise in either of those fields.
Under your requirements Obama was not qualified. Community organizer and attorney.
And senator. And state legislator. And professor of constitutional law.
Obama wasn't the best-qualified president we have had. But he had a pretty good resume.
Trump was already insane, so if he freaks out any worse it should be quite a show.

You libs are celebrating before reaching the finish line, AGAIN. This is just like the Cankles 2016 race.

Oh come on - seriously? He was a crazy community organizer and a senator for a few years. He had no decent experience.

Fat Hurts - you are a chronic liar. Just sad. Just very sad. Obama was NEVER a professor of constitutional law. How can you be such a fraud? He was a lecturer. NEVER professor. Come on dude - quit with the lying. He was a EFFING LECTURER.

And being a lecturer in Constitutional Law at the University of Chicago is quite a bit more impressive than the accomplishments of 99% of the people on this website, or 99% of the general public, for that matter.
Anyway, it's not as clear cut as you are making it seem; U of C says he was regarded as a professor:
UC Law School statement: The Law School has received many media requests about Barack Obama, especially about his status as "Senior Lecturer." From 1992 until his election to the U.S. Senate in 2004, Barack Obama served as a professor in the Law School. He was a Lecturer from 1992 to 1996. He was a Senior Lecturer from 1996 to 2004, during which time he taught three courses per year. Senior Lecturers are considered to be members of the Law School faculty and are regarded as professors, although not full-time or tenure-track. The title of Senior Lecturer is distinct from the title of Lecturer, which signifies adjunct status. Like Obama, each of the Law School’s Senior Lecturers have high-demand careers in politics or public service, which prevent full-time teaching. Several times during his 12 years as a professor in the Law School, Obama was invited to join the faculty in a full-time tenure-track position, but he declined.
https://www.factcheck.org/2008/03/obama-a-constitutional-law-professor/Sally can’t believe a black man could be smarter than her, she’s still pretty broken up about it.
Many people get PTSD from war, poverty, assault.
With trumpanzees the trauma / was Obama.
They never recovered from the presence of a smart black man in their lives.
Very impressive what you wrote to counter my initial post. Nice one.
OK, agip, you've got Sally and Rigged agreeing with you.
Does that not give you pause?

Nonetheless I will answer your questions in a subsequent post. Spoiler alert - your own observations 100% contradict your hypothesis. I will show this to you (because I really do like you, even if you are the Sally Vix of the COVID-19 topic).

The distilled question is if we are all on the same curve as Italy, Spain, Iran.
And please address daily deaths, not case loads or testing.
If you think we are all on the same curve, we have to come to some explanation for how each Asian country kicked the virus, and why after weeks of this, Germany and other nations still have 1-20 deaths per day vs, the Italian 300+.
I obviously don't know and certainly we *could* be on the same curve as italy. but there is evidence that we are not, and I'd like to know how to think about the data, if we are.
Hard to do an analysis with faked data.
Why do you think trump will tell the truth?
