This winter my hands have been absolutely freezing on runs, even while wearing gloves. Rest of my body is perfectly warm – no issues wearing shorts and a light long-sleeve shirt in 20° weather.
But 5mins into the run my hands will be frozen solid.
So what I'm looking for is the warmest running gloves known to man. Any cold-weather runners have a pain they really love? Also, don't care what the price is, what I need is top quality.
I am also a cold hands guy as well. Mittens or even socks work better for me than gloves. I am not sure why because it seems like glovers would offer more protection. Once the temps get below 20, nothing seems to help if I am out more than an hour. Btw, if you rub on an oily type lotion or vaseline on any part of your body it keeps you warm.
