hey. heres the thing this winter i ran indor track for a while and trained with my friend and i was just starting to pr in the mile 4:40(i droped 20 seconds and can go a lot faster) and then i joined track and the rest of the guys team didnt run this winter so we havent done nottin in winter i ran 60-70 mile wks in track were goin 20-30 mile wks and i only ran a 4:59 have any of u had this happen what can what should i do im going to start skipping and run some long runs by myself to get faster but i need help im pissed at this hey karla:)
