Northeastern becoming the minor leagues for SEC distance coaches it seems. Although Marc at LSU has a long way to go before he upends Vanhoys reign of dominance in the D/MD events!
Brent Ericksen to Texas A&M-Corpus Christi. Again. Only his 51st school, though.

Connecticut College, not Central Connecticut (see bottom of your list). Connecticut College is a D. III school and member of NESCAC, in New London; Central Connecticut (where Eric Blake is still the head coach) is a D. I school and part of the state university system, located in New Britain.
Connecticut college is a private, liberal arts school. Very expensive.

Ohio State has 2 distance positions, 1 salary...
... and NO scholarships allocated to XC/distance!
Good luck applicants
3.3 on men's side.
5.4 on women's side.
Only on letsrun is that not enough to be able to help score a couple Big 10 points so the track team can win title. Plus, base salary is listed at $72,178 according to govjob site.

Yes. For a throws coach. Rumor has it, Hawaii's former throws coach will be filling that void.
Hahaha
Talley can coach circles around most college coaches. He is a proven winner. Most college coaches have never won anything when they get a job, he knows how to build to win. Quit acting like the top high school coaches wouldn't compete immediately with you guys. They would. They just don't want to get paid $33000 a year and have 2 scholarships to work with.
Is the Univ TN sprint job Tim Hall? If so, where'd he go?

No. It's for the other sprint position they had.
I often see responses like this on LRC and I have to wonder what's it to you? Looks like it's between TAMUCC and Coach Ericksen. He must have made a pretty darned good impression to be asked back. Good for him for being able to go where he'd like to be. That's a privilege that is not often afforded to coaches.

Whoa,
Talley is a good coach, I agree, and deserves a shot at college. However, It's not like it's hard to win as much as he did with the resources he had at Davis. I mean, when you have 300-400 athletes on your team, in the most affluent area of Utah. Trophies just kind of end up on the shelf

The more important question is why did Weber St. go from a combined program back to a separate program? Did they think so highly of Talley that they created a position just to bring him in?
Strange to see this as most schools are trending toward a director/Assistants
Was hoping Ohio state made a good higher so their cross country program might become a nationally competitive program. No such luck. They have little reason not to be a top 15 program but never have been that.
Does Brice Allen go to LSU?
