Speed
Speed, can be lost and never gained again. Endurance unless you are sedentary for decades can be raised to your peak levels with time.
What if you're a teen who's just out for like three months?
Endurance I'd say, purely from personal experience. Stopped training after college, and I can spike up and still hit 200s as fast I did. But ask me to run half the distance of my long run at pace and I couldn't do it to save my life.
