HAHAHAHAHAHAHA cragg freakin threw it them hardddddd
Reyes who??
thats awsume, he spanked them, and he is really i mean really putting himself out there as a strong name on the European scene!
apparently him and carroll were going to use team tactics to break estevez... i wonder if that happened?? if it did, than that is pretty cool of carroll to sacrifice himself to help cragg with race tactics in a way to take the sting out of someone's kick...
that is what happened. C&C traded laps for a while but at the half way point Cragg just blew them away and Caroll folded. He could easily have run 7'40 had he had company in the last km. He looked awesome.
I dont fully understand teh race from Carrolls perspective. He's training for Boston yet he sacrificed his own hopes in an indoor race for a countryman he would barely know (i assume). I'm surprised he bothered running at all if all he was going to do was pacemake.
That's my boy. It is amazing that people always doubt him. Indoors against Ritz, Kiplagat, Willis, etc. Outdoors against Cheseret, Luchini, etc. It even continues now. The man is unstoppable.
By the way, I don't think Carroll feels that he is sacrificing anything with this race. He probably thinks of it as a great VO2 workout.
Is this Reyes or Josh Spiker?

That might be true if the race was in New England but travelling out to Madrid, running premlims and then setting the race up for Cragg doesnt seem like a great preparation to me.
He may do fine in Boston. I'm sure he and Jim Harvey know what there doing but I dont.
brilliant cragg. good on you, lad.
Ritz would have kicked his ass.
..............Not!
I told you he would win gold, what I didn’t realize was how easily he would win it. He went with 800m to go and he crushed the entire field, he’s just on a different level compared to the rest of the field. Its time for all you stubborn fools out there to just accept the fact that Cragg is quickly becoming a world class athlete.
So where are all the people now who that were blasting Cragg on the "Reyes Esteves will destroy Cragg and Carroll" post. Its time for some humble pie my friends.
So Ritz V’s Cragg after this performance?????
Sorry peeps buts it’s not a difficult choice.
great win for Cragg.Estevez over rated and chammney what about the black socks.prefer to wear sweat bands than black socks haha.how did ur 800m race go by the way?
hope ur running well.
7:46 is embarrassing.
Sorry to burst anyone's bubble but there must have been something in the water.
Like a slow first k and heats yesterday? Yeah, something was in the water.
dont think 7.46 is bad mate.when have u last run that time.championship running isnt about times.
its about the end result u dick head.
also the athletes complained about the heat indoors and humidity.
