Well, they had evidence Mo Katir changed his whereabouts after the fact, and things of that nature. I didn't see that with Coleman, who just complained he wasn't called and was in the area etc.
Spanish press (Marca.com) says that this new infraction has to do with either lying to the anti-doping authorities, or "manipulating" (changing, falsifying) documents.
But let's all cut the sh-t for just a second here.
