So ive only played soccer my entire life nothing else. Last year the distance coach convinced me to come out and run track to get a head start on my summer fitness for soccer the upcoming fall. I had only been playing soccer once a week for the last month so i was coming in with hardly and fitness, and not to mention 3 weeks late to track practice. After only 1-1.5 months i ran 52.7 for the open 4, 50.4 4x4 split, and 1:59 for the 8. With these in mind, any ideas of times i could post with a dedicated training regime?
