Just wondering about something. Does running tend to cause more development in the hamstrings or in the quads? In other words, if either, which muscle is likely to be stronger/weaker based on the training they receive through distance running?

Quads will get stronger then the hams. Not good. Easy way to get injured if your fast (800m runner).
