Just ordered these and was wondering in anyone had raced a marathon in them yet? I have always just worn my trainers for marathons. Thanks

They worked great for me. I had been doing some marathon workouts in the vapors and found they beat up my achillies tendon a little bit. Then I raced a marathon in the zoom marathoners after doing only one workout in them and had no problems afterwards (other than your normal post-marathon soreness). They felt very light for me and didn't cause any blisters. If you are comfortable with nike shoes, I think you'll like them.
Thanks! I am a bit nervous because i normally train in adidas. But these marathoners looked better than the ones Adidas was offering.
Paula Radcliffe did alright round New York in them!!
I've got a pair, not sure i'd run 26.2 miles in them though. It depends on what time you are aiming for I reckon. If you are looking for a time inside 2.20 then you'll be travelling quick enough to warrant their use. Anything slower than 2.30 and i'd say stick with something more substantial. In between 2.20 and 2.30 - the choice is yours!
