Why does he crumble under pressure so easily? Dude is never going to be anything if he races like that.

He totally shut it down the last 50 meters. Unbelievable. Everyone on these boards would kill for your talent dude and you can't even give in honest effort in the OLYMPIC TRIALS FINALS!! Just quit the sport Cas.

its well established that his best event is the 600m. that was part of his cooldown
PSU is January U!
He's like a headcase where everything has to be absolutely perfect for him to give even 95%. I totally went through a period like that.

Such a chill dude. Him and Symmonds make a good duo... so pissed that Symmonds couldn't make it in the 800m and wreck all those fools.

At least they can hug and cry together
The only mistake Cas made was going to Brooks. They ruin so much talent over there.

He ran 1:46 low in college in the 8, and 1:15 in the 600. He could have gone anywhere he wanted.

What part of 0 for 10 says they make a good duo?
Just couldn't wait to get back to see the East Rock fireworks spectacular.
And you care enough about him racing poorly to get on an anonymous message board and take pot shots? Its just sad how bitter and jealous people are on these boards.
I think the guy is a lot like the Wheating of the past few years or the Symmonds of the last couple of years--not seriously enough focused on stepping up to the next level in running. The Seattle-based Beasts in general may share this problem.
