This link says she has a left soleus strain. If she has had a history of a toe injury, this or a posterior tibialis injury are not out of the question. Lots of athletes with hallux limitis or hallux rigidis struggle with calf injuries.

That would be my guess, too -- but at WADA's request to avoid negative publicity, which of course is their top priority.
