a ridiculous statement by Hutchins, however you cannot blame Semenya as she was born like this. But Hutchins should just report on the race and not compare Semenya to a "normal" woman, if there is such a thing.

Dawit Seyoum looks like a woman, runs like a woman, and is a woman, as far as I can tell.

Comparatively, Semenya is a guy, looks like a male shotputter, and has no business in women's running events. He'd get stomped in men's events.

Semenya was on hormone therapy to control high testosterone levels when that race was run. Since then, CAS has ruled that Semenya no longer needs to take hormones, hence the VERY dramatic improvement in performance this year
