From todays RunnersWorld:
On his 2005 track plans: "Coach Warhurst has got this crazy idea that I need to do more distance stuff, so he's making me do a 10K in Stanford in early May, against my wishes. Then maybe an early season 5K, U.S. Champs (USA championships), and then head over to Europe and try to sharpen up. I'll hopefully make the World team (in the 5000) and be over in Europe. A lot of people have been asking me, but maybe post-World Championships, if things are working smooth and my body feels alright, I may jump into a steeple or two. I've still got foot pains from my surgery last year. The doc kind of said 'if your foot bothers you at all, stay away from the steeple.' It's just so dangerous.
Predictions on how he does?
