Its been a month now, but I'm finally returning from injury. I strained my foot and had physical therapy for it, which in retrospec I wish I ran through. I spent the time I could on a bike or running in a pool (when the swim team didnt kick me out) and I'm worried about my endurance. When I get back I know I'm going to be lagging behind my team, especially when it happened at the start of my season. Is there anything I can do to get back to where I was before injury faster, because when I get back I have an invite to run and I'm worried about the my times. Hopefully I'll get lucky and do the 1600m and 800m.
